GUIDANCE ON COVID-19 AT THE LEW HILL MEMORIAL GROUND
GENERAL GUIDANCE
· Anyone attending the ground must carry out self-screening before attending, if you have any of the following symptoms please stay at home.

1 - High temperature (above 37.8)
2 - A new or continuous cough.
3 - Difficulty in breathing.
4 - Loss or change of taste or smell.
5 - Sore throat.
6 - Generally feeling unwell.

· Before the game there will be no handshakes between players and officials.
​
· Participants must not spit and should avoid shouting when facing each other as detailed in the FA Covid-19 code of behaviour.
​
· After the game there will be no handshakes and officials should use the hand sanitizer provided before leaving the pitch.
​
· Upon arrival each person’s hands will be sanitized, they will sign a register before being allowed inside any part of the ground, if the person is not known to us a contact number will also be required, all details will be destroyed after 14 days.
​
· Changing rooms and showers are available but if you can arrive changed we are advising to do so, if not please limit the number of players and managing staff to half capacity when changing, change in two or three sittings if needed and maintain social distance when inside.
​
· We are advising that after games the changing rooms and showers are not used, If for any reason you have to use the changing rooms again please minimise the amount of players changing at one time.
​
· The Club House will be open for Tea Coffee & drinks but no food will be served before during or after games.
​
· If you do use the changing rooms please check that your walk on to the pitch is clear, there will be no lining up of teams before the match once ready please make your way straight onto the pitch.
​
· If you have any measures that you would like us to consider before your arrival or before/during games please let us know.
​
· We are hoping to arrange a burger van for Saturday afternoons.
GUIDANCE FOR VISITING TEAMS
· FA guidance is advising against travel in minibuses and teams should travel by cars, keeping passengers to a minimum.
​
· Keep to social distancing rules at all times unless you are warming up or playing.
​
· We encourage team talks to take place on the pitch, however if you do use the changing room please limit the number of people inside to just the starting 11 and the person giving the talk.
​
· During the warm up and during the game, please do not share equipment, bibs etc. and please bring your own warm up balls.
